I want it too !

March has come to an end. New semester in Universities in Japan are starting too.
Most of my classmates from Japanese School that are going to Japan to further their studies have already left. It's good to hear that they are fulfilling what they wanna do. I wish them all the best in their new chapter in life.

However at the same time, I can't help but feeling envious towards them.
Around this time last year, I too was one of them. I wanna further my studies to Japan but now I'm staying here. Well it sucks but what can I do ?

Well, good luck to all of you in Japan.
全ての事に気をつけてね!!
勉強に頑張れ!!

Nice and Quiet

Besides having boring chores to attend to, there's another thing that you have to do when you are staying alone and that's deciding what to eat for dinner everyday.
I've been running out of idea and cash.

Tonight I went to eat in a Japanese restaurant named Kikuya near my house.
My family has been going there for years and my mum likes to go there on Sundays.
So I figure why not. It is Sunday today.

When I was there, only 2 tables were filled with customers. Maybe it's a quiet night for business. I was very hungry. That's why I just gobble down my food when it's served on my table. I certainly enjoyed my meal. After eating, I just sit in the restaurant drinking tea alone as the other customers have already left. Although it's lonely but I find it very relaxing and calm. I guess sometime you just need a moment to enjoy your surrounding to get away from the hectic city life.

I smiled =)

One of the household chores that I have been assigned with is watering the plants and grass. I have to say that that is not fun at all. I gotta water twice a day.
It took around 20+ minutes everytime. It's such a drag.
When at night I would listen to my PSP while watering the plants. It's filled with sad songs. Today I slept till 7pm cause of basketball in the morning and I went to water the plants straight away. So I was very blur and has mixed emotions because of the songs and that this chore is totally boring. Suddenly I looked up to the dark sky. The area that I live in always has a lot of clouds. That's it's very hard to see stars at night. However, tonight I saw quite a number of stars. Suddenly my head cleared up and I smiled.

In the End

It has been a week and my family will be back tomorow night.
So what have I been doing for this past week ?
Nothing but staying at home and doing household chores left for me.
Another thing I did alot furing this week is playing basketball.
I've been to the basketball court for 4 days. The MSSD for basketball is starting next week and there's alot of people training. Although I've graduated a long time ago, it was a real treat for me as I get to pit against different kind of players.
Today I even get to play with students of 2007 of Suria. It's been a long time since I saw them let alone play with them. The downside about it is that I am aching everywhere. Maybe I should exercise more.

Impossible ?

Last Friday, I held another of my usual mahjong party.
This time food was not included and everyone have to eat before they come.
Chang Yu arrived earliest with Kiet Yeang and Kenneth.
Chang Yu brought along a whole salted herbal chicken from Ipoh in case he gets hungry. Everyone were too engrossed with the game and soon it was 1am.
The winner has to treat everyone in mamak. That's why we went out to eat and he left his chicken with me. So I had it for lunch the next day.
At first I was wondering whether can I finish one whole chicken just by myself.
After eating like a very hungry savage I did the impossible.
Eating a whole chicken by yourself isn't really a big task.
I owe this chance to explore my limits to Chang Yu.
Thanks for the chicken.

ps. I slept right after I finished that chicken. Haha.

Bored

Starting of today, I home alone in my big house for the whole entire week because my whole family's out for vacation in China. Wee....
If only I have plans for the whole week. I'm just gonna rot at home all alone like I usually do and I'm stuck with all sorts of chores left for me. That's my "prize" for staying home. Sure hope something fun will hit me on my head.
Someone please save me.

Is it Necessary ?

Most of the time when you do something, people will expect an explanation about it.
Is it really that important to have one ? Most of the time when you are asked to give one, you either have no idea what to say or have no chance to say your piece.

For me I think this applies well for arguments. When one party ask for an explanation from the other party, most of the time they weren't given the chance to explain. For example an argument between 2 love birds. The female will ask the male to explain but she will keep scolding and say her heart out without pause.
Thus, making the male unable to explain himself. After the whole argument, the female still expects an answer. If your the male, what would you do ?

I would just keep quiet and take in what she's scolding me for. I have my explanation but somehow my explanation doesn't make an impact. So therefore, there's no need for it. Of course, having to swallow the blame is never a pleasant thing but there's not much choice anyway. I guess since the other party already have a mindset on the outcome there's no point in explaining anymore. You can say it's tiring to keep up with this.

Movies

Last night while I was eating with my family in Cheras Mahkota, I witnessed 2 movies on the same night. It was freaking awesome for me.

Movie 1 : A few tables beside me, there were few Indians having their dinner.
All of a sudden, we heard loud noises of plates falling to the ground.
At first, we thought it was an accident but the noises never stop.
The Indians were arguing and I saw one of them took a large bottle of beer
and knock his friend on the head and everyone was alarmed. Especially the
boss lady. Haha. The only interest I have is dinner. They were disrupting
dinner.

After the Indians left, we continue to eat. When all of the sudden I heard loud revving sound. Sounded like a race was going to happen. That's movie 2.

Movie 2 : The revving continues. I looked and a jam was starting as cars filled the
road. There were 2 car in particular that's trying to compete to see
who gets to go first. In time the one who started to revved went first
but since the jam is still there the car did not get far. The people from
the car that lost both jumped out of the car and pull a parang to strike
car that won.

It was really exciting. Who would expect a dinner with your family can be fully entertaining. On the same night, Xue Ying came to look for me. I told her about what happen during dinner and she couldn't believe me. I don't blame her. What happen was so rare. Haha. Do you believe me ?
