Today I was force to cut my beauty sleep short when my mum called me this morning. We were supposed to go out for brunch at 12 p.m but she called me at 10 a.m. She said her friend ask our family out for lunch so we had a plan-change. After I got ready, my mum told me that we were going to eat at Hard Rock Cafe. I was excited as I wanted to eat western cuisine last night but instead I ate korean. (by the way I hate korean cuisine)
When I was inside the facility, the interior was exactly like the name of the place. ROCK.
There were tons of posters and musical instrument on the walls of the establishment. Furthermore there is a stage there with a full set of drums and keyboards. It was awesome. However, when it was time to order I was at a lost. I dunno what to order as most of the items on the menu is beef and I can't take beef but I saw something interesting and ordered it. When it came, I knew I made the right choice.
I ordered the Twisted Mac, Chicken and Cheese. For those who have no idea what is it, it's actually macaroni and cheese with chicken fillets. The only difference is that their macaroni is shaped like curly fries you can get in A&W restaurants. The mac is nicely blend with the strong yet sweet, cheese sauce and chicken fillet that is grilled to perfection while I stole fries from my brother which was superb. I haven't had such an extravagant meal in a long time as my whole family is on diet thanks to Herbalife. I'm really, truly thankful for this meal. Two thumbs up !
